I tried a new restaurant today.

Today I met up with a friend at a Brazilian restaurant called Samba in Montclair, NJ. I haven’t seen my friend in years, so it was nice to catch up.

While I don’t eat meat often, I was in the mood for it, and after all, Brazilians are best known for their high-quality meat. The meat was not bad, but my friend got the salmon which I enjoyed, and I must say that the veggies were delicious. They don’t serve alcohol, but it’s BYOB, and there is a liquor store nearby. We didn’t bring a bottle, but we both tried their lime virgin pina-colada, which was very delicious and refreshing.

It was super nice to see my friend and I enjoy every simple moment in my life.
