Day 25 of our 25 Days of Advent devotional series

We're back with Day 25 of our 25 Days of Advent devotional series. To Quickly recap, Advent is the preparation period for the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ. To prepare, we are partaking in daily devotionals until Christmas Day. With that said, let's jump right into today's devotional.

Joy to the lord Christ has come. Merry Christmas! Let us read this scripture. Matthew 2: 9-12

In the scripture, we read that the wise men were overjoyed at the site of Jesus and bowed down and worshiped Jesus. They also offered gifts to Jesus. Today, as we spend time with family and friends, let us not forget to praise and worship God for his goodness and sending us Jesus Christ. Many people have tried to stop this miracle from happening, but no one can stop God's plans and purposes, and the same goes for your life. As a Christian, as long as God covers you, no weapon formed against you shall prosper, so Thank God for his protection and grace over your life today.

As you meditate on today's scripture, think about ways to offer and use your gifts to give honor to the lord. Thank God for who he is and for sending us Jesus. Listen to the song Joy to the World by Hillsong Worship, and let joy fill your heart today and every day. Let us pray.

I also want to thank you for watching and participating in the devotionals. I hope that they were a blessing to you as they were to me. I was truly stretched spiritually and I Thank God for stretching me and allowing me to be used.

We have concluded day 25 of our 25 Days of Advent devotional series. As your sister in Christ, I hope you have a Merry Christmas, and  a wonderful day.
