Declutter

Happy Monday, I took some time to declutter my beauty products, and I want to touch on how helpful decluttering is on a healing journey. 

☝🏽Studies show that clutter is associated with anxiety, depression, and other mental health problems. Cleaning clutter frees up the space to think openly and be creative. If you can, donate things you no longer need and throw away anything that you can no longer use, is expired, or no longer serves you😌
